Account holders must be legally capable of forming binding contracts in their jurisdiction and able to comply with these terms. Use of certain courses or employer programs may require proof of employment or enrollment.

The platform is not designed for children under 16. If you are under 16, do not register without parental or guardian consent. Organizations enrolling minors must provide verifiable consent documentation and accept responsibility for supervision.

Users must use the platform lawfully and not engage in activities that violate applicable laws or rights of others. Examples of prohibited uses include submitting harmful AI models, attempting to reverse-engineer licensed materials, or using course content for illicit purposes.

Account registration and security

User content and contributions

You retain ownership of the content you create and submit. For example, project code or reports you upload remain your intellectual property subject to any licensing you grant below.

By submitting user content you grant Veyanta Path a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, distribute, and use that content to provide the platform, improve educational offerings, and feature real-world case studies, always attributing contributors when practicable.

You are responsible for user content and for ensuring it does not violate rights of others. If your content includes personal data of third parties, you must have obtained appropriate consents.

We may remove user content that violates these terms or applicable law. If removed, we will notify the contributor where feasible and retain removal logs for compliance purposes.

Intellectual property

All platform intellectual property, including course materials, branding, site design, and system code, is owned by Veyanta Path or licensors. Use of such IP is limited to the rights expressly granted to users under these terms or under a separate license agreement.

Paid services and subscriptions

Paid services include subscription tiers, employer licenses, premium workshops, certification exams, and custom training engagements. Pricing, scope, and delivery timelines are set out in product pages or separate agreements.

Fees for paid services are displayed on the site or in a proposal and are payable in the currency and within the timeframe specified. Examples: monthly subscription for individual learners, annual enterprise seat licenses for teams.

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown and agree to any applicable taxes and fees.

Subscription services renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy. Administrative accounts can manage team seats and billing in the dashboard.

Refunds are handled based on the specific product or agreement. For instance, workshops cancelled by Veyanta Path will be refunded; dissatisfaction with self-paced content does not automatically qualify for a refund. Refund requests should include the reason and any supporting evidence for review.

Subscribers may cancel recurring subscriptions via account settings. Cancellation affects access at the end of the paid period; immediate access termination may occur for accounts suspended for breach or non-payment.

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental charges that apply to purchases in their jurisdiction. Prices may be shown exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We may update pricing for new subscriptions; existing subscribers will be notified in advance of changes affecting renewals or new billing cycles.

Failure to pay for services may result in suspension of access to paid features, with any accrued fees remaining payable and subject to collection.

On termination, access to paid content will cease and any outstanding fees remain due. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and recordkeeping.

Privacy and data protection

Communications and notices

We will send transactional messages related to accounts, billing, and course participation. Users may opt out of promotional communications but will continue to receive essential service notices unless the account is closed.

Applicable law

Dispute resolution

Disputes arising under these Terms should first be escalated to our support and escalation teams for mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the dispute resolution process described in this section and governed by Singapore law.
